Images and Credits
Xiangjian provides browsing, favorites and original file downloads for AI generated images. Daily gifted credits are valid only on the day issued, while purchased credits remain valid long term; the first unlock of each image costs 1 credit, and repeat downloads do not deduct credits again. Once an image is delisted it may no longer be downloadable, so please save original images promptly.
Account and necessary data
We store account, favorites, unlocks, points history, and order data to provide services. Passwords are protected in an irreversible manner; please keep your email secure, as you can reset your password via email verification code if you forget it. Security incidents are retained for 90 days, rate limiting uses hashed network identifiers; the browser only uses necessary session and security cookies and does not deliver third party advertising tracking.
Rights and fair use
Images are AI generated and may contain generation flaws. We do not promise exclusive copyright or permission for all commercial uses. Impersonating real documentary, bypassing download limits, automated bulk scraping, trading accounts, or using multiple accounts to claim free credits in bulk are prohibited.
Refund
After payment is complete, you can request a refund in account orders based on unused permanent credits or subscription days not yet started. We review the unused balance and original order amount before requesting a refund through the original payment method. Refunds are complete only when confirmed by the payment provider. Paid purchases are currently unavailable.
