How do I use the daily grant of 5 credits?
After email verification, 5 credits for the day are granted automatically. Beijing time daily 00:00 Top up to 5 points. Unused credits do not carry over to the next day. First unlock of an original image costs 1 point, deducted first from gifted credits.
Will downloading the same image again still deduct credits?
No credit deduction. Images already unlocked by the same account can be downloaded again. If a short-term download link expires or the download is interrupted, return to the image page to get a new one.
Will the watermark on the page appear in the original image?
Watermarks added by Xiangjian for previews will not appear in downloaded files. Downloaded files keep the true dimensions and content of the original file, with no fabricated high definition upscaling.
Can images be used directly for commercial projects?
Xiangjian provides AI image download services and does not promise exclusive copyright. Specific uses require checking the image content and any possible third party characters, trademarks and other rights, and AI images should not be passed off as genuine documentary records.
Can free users purchase credits directly?
No. Only users with a currently valid subscription can purchase permanent credit packs. After the subscription expires, new purchases are not possible, but previously purchased permanent credits can still be used.
What is the difference between a subscription and permanent points?
During the valid period, the subscription grants extra quota each day; unused daily quota does not accumulate; permanent points remain valid long term. When downloading, free quota is used first, then the current day subscription quota, and finally permanent points are deducted. Subscriptions are calculated by Beijing time calendar days, with the activation day counted as day 1; activated for a fixed term, renewal is self-service upon expiry, with no automatic charges.
Can unused paid credits be refunded?
After payment is complete, you may submit a refund request from your account orders for unused permanent credits or subscription days that have not yet started. After the back office verifies the refundable amount, a refund is requested through the original payment method; receipt is subject to confirmation by the payment channel.
What should I do if I forget my password?
In the login window, select forgot password, verify the registered email, and set a new password. After resetting, all old login sessions become invalid. Do not share email verification codes with others.
How to find suitable images for an article or poster?
Filter by illustration, paper art, abstract, or printmaking first, then choose horizontal, vertical, or square. Open details to view actual dimensions; save it first, then unlock the original image after confirming the use.
